V-Ctrl was conceptualized and formed by Mr. Veeranjaneyulu Vistemsetti, who is a sharp technocrat with over 30 years of expertise in the sector of energy and power conditioning. He is an innovative engineer, a pragmatic entrepreneur, and an ambitious leader. He has excellent leadership skills that revolve around situational learning and contemplation.
With his detailed planning, technical expertise, and futuristic leadership skills, he has served many companies and helped them attain their ambitious goals. He stepped into entrepreneurial shoes and started V-Ctrl Solutions in 2020 to revamp the power conditioning sector. With the start of this company, he raised the overall quality standards for the power conditioning sector in India.
Mr. Vistemsetti is an electrical engineering graduate who holds mastery in designing and manufacturing a broad range of power conditioning and power-saving equipment. In his dynamic industrial journey, he has had many opportunities to handle business operations from different vantage points. In his career, he has led many teams and worked as a QA & QC Engineer, Technical Engineer, Production Head, Service Manager, and Technical Director.
But regardless of the different roles he has performed in his professional journey, his vision and high ingenuity to understand the diverse demands of the market have made him identical and explicit in his work.

Bharat Marella is a smart strategist, sharp entrepreneur, and serial entrepreneur with two decades of experience in developing and handling the operations of start-ups and many large corporate businesses. He has played a crucial role in developing many leaders and maintaining an inclusive and socially responsible work culture in many companies.
A graduate in Chemical Engineering from Andhra University, he has worked in many industries and different geographies before starting his entrepreneurial journey. Nagaraju Chittaru, Vice President, Marketing
An innovator by nature, Mr. Chittaru believes in the motto work smart through hard work. He has worked with Servomax India Limited as a deputy general manager for over 30 years. Currently, he is handling the responsibilities of our company, V-Ctrl Solutions, as Vice President-Marketing.
His academic qualifications include a graduate degree in electronics engineering. Apart from that, his professional experience is over 24 years in sales and marketing work in Pan India. His experience makes him focus on the business development of our company in different geographies by handling a diverse portfolio of products. He stands at the forefront, handles responsibilities, explores new fields, and caters to market demands for several products. He carries out operations with an innovative approach to the promotion of products.
He has played a crucial role in the business development of M/s. Servomax India Limited in the Maharashtra Regional Market. He is credited with introducing and developing the market for products such as Ultra Isolation transformers & Power Conditioners, APFC Panels, Servo Controlled Voltage Stabilizers, Distribution Transformers, and K Rated Transformers, in the state of Maharashtra and many others across PAN India.
Mr. Nagaraju Chittaru holds excellence in customer relationship management. In his job experience at Servomax, he has grabbed many multi-fold reference sales opportunities from customers and built relationships with numerous customers. His years of experience in Domestic Business Environment and adaptability to different domains of the industry increase the horizon of his skill set by adding commercial skills, technical skills, negotiation skills, and making him capable of formulating entry strategies for identified market segments.
Throughout his professional career, he has actively handled potential customers and translated their orders into sales by taking regular follow-up on new as well as past customers. Currently, with his rich experience and skills, he is serving as the Vice President in the Marketing Department of V-Ctrl Solutions.
